Deliiston Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Restocking & Processing Fees
- Non-Quality Returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered): A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds due to customer’s own reasons (e.g., refused package, incorrect shipping details, or cancellation after shipment): A 10% handling fee will be charged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As with other returns, items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at service@deliiston.com
Return, Refund & Delivery Failure Policy

If a package is returned due to the recipient’s failure to collect the parcel (including but not limited to not picking up the package on time or refusing delivery), and a refund is requested, a $10 USD handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer, resulting in delivery failure, a $5 USD handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Before any handling fee is deducted, Deliiston will contact the customer via email to notify them of the delivery issue and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter directly with the local carrier (such as arranging redelivery or parcel pickup).

If the customer does not respond in time or the package cannot be successfully retrieved, the refund will be processed after deducting the applicable handling fee.
